Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will join our Social Media department reporting directly to the Senior Social Media Manager. For this position we need a hands-on and out-of-the-box profile. In addition, you will have to manage a small team of people and liaise with many departments and accounts of both the client (a leading automotive group) and our own agency.

Your accountabilities:

  • Daily management of the Social Media projects under his responsibility, both in terms of internal management within the team and with the different departments as well as direct and daily management and contact with clients.
  • Delivery and creation of local content strategies.
  • Creation and implementation of actions with influencers
  • Working closely with the creative teams, both for proactive and local campaigns. 
  • Planning, development, programming and management of content for social channels.
  • Management of teams for the implementation of campaigns, day-to-day content, monitoring, customer management… etc.
  • Preparation of reports on the social media performance of the accounts under his/her responsibility, as well as competition reports, benchmarking, etc.
  • Incident management and customer service.
  • Management with international social media departments and clients to move forward with calendars and campaigns.
  • Analysis of trends and studies for the extraction of insights that may be valuable, both for clients and for the department or agency.

Qualifications

  • High technical knowledge of platforms, connection of digital assets, and use of social media publishing tools (Sprinklr) or listening (Netbase, Digimind or Sprinklr).
  • Professional brackground related to digital, ability to give a step forward to the challenges that may arise.
  • We are not looking for gurus of social networks, but professionals in Social Media communication.
  • Strategic vision on social networks and digital communication in general.
  • Knowledge of how to boost organic content with paid campaign push and knowledge of campaign management to report data to the client.
  • Professional level of English (C1), something that allows you to communicate quickly with international stakeholders. Other languages (Italian or French are much more than a plus).
  • Knowledge of Social Media analytics and its implication with the rest of the digital assets of a brand.
